TIERRA, MENTE Y CUERPO
The Árbol de la Vida School (Tree of Life) was born out of the need to offer our children an education that sees nature as a precious teaching tool.
Sciences and mathematics are alive in the woods, river and mountains surrounding the school. In the classroom, children find a loving environment that respects their own time and independence while inviting them to experience learning through art and play. And as Patagonian life happens at an intense pace, the educational project soon expanded to encompass adults and young people.
Educational programs and workshops engage in exploring knowledge such as art, astronomy, meditation, yoga practices, anthroposophy. Moreover, they seek to promote a dialogue while discussing topics of great relevance to our lives, such as politics, global warming and the challenges for present and future generations.
